My daughter (and family) bought a house (Saratoga, unlisted) and sold a house (Rochester, unlisted) in one day about two weeks ago.

Perhaps she bought too high and sold too low!

Nothing's closed yet, but she's shooting for a 15 year mortgage.













So far, her transactions have cost the Bank of Dad yet another $12,000. Tough since the TARP program didn't extend to the Bank of Dad.

 

Look for a garage with a house attached.
