I sure hope not Lainey. You and Rick can buy our old house for a bunch more than $100k though. For you guys, I'll throw in the use of my mooring so you can have a boat.
Guess I gotta pass. You lost me with the "whole bunch more than 100K"

It hasn't been much of a pleasure this year.

Oh, for God's sake, PLEASE no boat! I know what "holes in the water" those things are. That totally killed the deal. You'll have to find another buyer for the house.

I am planning on selling but the thing is it really doesn't matter what the market does as I am re-buying into the same town. Though I guess the good thing is I would be going from a close to the water area to a less traveled street so all in all it won't hut to badly. Luckily I have a house in the family I can move into if my house sells quickly and I can take my time looking for the right house to start a family in.

Bill were you right? Was that the bottom of the market? I bought my house Feb. '09. Going up for sale this summer sometime. Will let you know how I do.

I put a LOT of work into it so I am sure it will be fine.

Oh and do you know what BOAT really stands for? Bring Over Another Thousand.......$$$$ of course.
