We've been in our house almost 25 years. I think we'd get our 64 K back if we sell.

Actually, as mentioned elsewhere, we almost did sell about 7 years ago, but it didn't happen. It would have cost us about 100K to upgrade and we decided a house that was already too big for us and a mortgage at 60+ years old was not the best decision for us after all.

I wouldn't mind a place on the ocean though.. Bill any of your neighbors down the Cape selling for 100k?

I sure hope not Lainey. You and Rick can buy our old house for a bunch more than $100k though. For you guys, I'll throw in the use of my mooring so you can have a boat.
