I have enjoyed spending much more time with the wife and kids, and I kept busy by taking that 5-day class which was 9-5 every day. I still drove the S (even though not with the top down, Lainey ), I went to the gym every morning and still I am dying to get back to work.
I guess it's official that I am a weirdo work-a-holic. I don't think I am alone though because I was talking to a friend of mine who is on light duty because of an injury and he can't wait to get back to regular duties despite the fact it has only been about a week so far for him.

You should find something you like to do.
I guess that after thinking about it though, out of all of those "hobbies", my favorite hobby is going to work. This is a good thing I guess because my dad always told me to make sure I find a job that I enjoy going to every day or it makes for a long miserable time getting to retirement. He said that being happy at what you do is more important than how much you make. Luckily I found I job I love and I get paid fairly for it.
I guess I will just start taking shorter vacations
