4 weeks PTO + 9 holidays + 2 floating holidays
401k 100% matching up to 4%, but vesting 33% of employer contribution portion after each year. In other words, it takes 3 years for employer portion to be fully vested - blows!
health insurance 100% covered (though I have to choose a cheaper pkg w/ like $1000 deductible)
dental and vision are pretty close to 100% cover - I have to pay couple bucks a week.
disability, life ins, bla, bla, bla... are 100% covered

I've got 30+ years in.
Vacation: 5 weeks a year, with the ability to hold up to two years' worth. (Sounds great, but my job duties still have to get done...time sensitive meetings and reports, etc. So, if I take a week off, I have to plan to do more work before or after.)
Holidays: 13
Personal days: 3 to be used at my discretion.
Sick time: 1.25 days a month, which may accrue without limits but is paid back at 20% upon retirement.
Health: option of several health plans at 85% with co-pays
Delta Dental and Vision: two cleaings a year, co-pays for otehr services; one eye exam every two years with one pair of birth controlglasses or a discount on good looking glasses.
Berevement: up to 5 days for immediate family (siblings, parents, parents-on-law, children, spouse.)
This is all public record and the contract can be found on-line.

3 weeks vacation
8 Core holidays
3 Floating Holidays
5 Sick days, after that I must use floaters/vacation.
Decent insurance plans for Health, Dental, Eye, etc..
One thing I like is that there's a 100% match on contributions to the 401k up to 6%. It also has no vest period

Jeff, that 1% off your mortgage rate is a SWEET benefit!
Actually.....aside for group life and the automatic basics like STD etc....all my health is through Erin's employer....they pay for more.
