Then clearly for you, you should just spend the few bucks and get a real hog ring crimping tool if you don't already have one.
When I lowered my seats and had to rewrap the bottom I just found using previously used hog rings and a pair of regular plyers to be a PITA...

Check out the aluminum 3-ton jack stands if they have any in stock. They are no longer listed on their web site so they may have dropped them. I just love mine.

They ship you the skins and you put them on. Having disasembled seats before I don't think it will be too hard.

hey jeff, that will look great. i've been thinking about something like that for a while. i'd be interested in knowing the cost too. for what it's worth; the audi does not have perforated seats and i can't say that i really notice any diffreence.
