he's been here longer than most of us and maybe he had other rims and tires on the car.. i don't consider aftermarket rims modded

Sorry for not making it clear, there is a good reason why the tires only have 11k miles on them. When I bought the car used from Boch Honda last Spring I had a brand new set of factory wheels and tires put as part of the sales agreement.

 

You are correct. I have tried selling on eBay twice, this last time the auction ended at $23,087 and the reserve was at $23,500.
