Drag Showdown presented by Final Stage Racing October 15
Coordinated by: Jason S 6pm
We are excited to be returning to "The Strip" at Las Vegas Motor Speedway for their annual "Super Car Spectacular" event. For the past two years this event has showcased two major events; the Buick Grand National's West Coast Nationals event in the morning and the Supras Invade Las Vegas event in the evening. New for 2005 we will both be sharing the evening session. This means that in between the Supra runs we will get to see what the GN guys can do.
Jason S has stepped up to be our drag coordinator again this year. Jason is looking for a few volunteers to help him out. If you are interested in helping out with this year's Drag Showdown please contact Jason at SILV05Drags@Supras.org.
This year's drag showdown program will again feature a variety of different classes - click each class to visit our planning forum and get signed up for a class.
6-Speed Challenge1. Factory Toyota manual trans (Manual trans Supras with a lesser gear count will also be allowed).
2. Must weigh 3650lbs with driver.
Quick 8 Unlimited
Quick 8 Turbo Only

For those cars that don't fit into the above classes we will be offering a Grudge class this year. No more bracket racing. You will negotiate your races in the pits and come to the staging lanes together when the Grudge class is called. There will be no dial-in or handicap. The first car to the finish line wins.
Special Addition
If you aren't racing this year we are very excited to announce the "Super Tuner Car Show". This show will feature a DJ and the world famous "Fantasy Schoolgirl Contest" which will pay out $500 to the hottest schoolgirl. Bring out your hottest girlfriend, significant other, wife, or the stripper you pick up at the club the night before. The contest will take place at 10pm. Entry is free to all girls that pre-register. All contestants will have to pay admission at the gate if they are not pre-registered. Also for the show we have been assured a special parking section for the Supras near the Midway.
