Default So.... I was the middle car in a 5 car pileup..

Happened last weekend while on my way home from San Diego... I'm ok, but the cars seen better days. Easily repairable, but expensive. Drove it back down to my dads shop, and according to his estimate sheet, its pretty damn near close to being Totaled. It really depends on what adjuster gets assigned the case. I'd really love to save the car, as I just paid it off and I'm not looking forward to another car payment. But if we cant save it with a clean title, its pretty much not worth saving...

Sucks... Oh well.

So you're the asshole that closed the 15 on me last Friday and made my four hour trip home from Buttonwillow into a seven (7!) hour ride into the depths of hell?

Just kidding Spence. Hope you weren't hurt and the car can be saved.

You know you wanted that Elise as a daily driver.

Glad you're ok.

Lol, I dont think $10,000 down is going to cut it with an Elise... Though it would bring a used one down to 28.....

WOOT! Just talked to my dad, Allstate came out and wrote a sheet on the car today.... $6,800 in repairs. and apparently the cut off range to total it would be around $7,700, so it came close. So it looks like I get to keep the non-gas guzzling Civic. (its not a fast car, but it is dam fun)
