Default progressive insurance

Does anybody know anyone that works at progressive. The woman that was intoxicated and crashed into me is insured by progressive. They are giving me so much friction its ridiculous.

I just dumped them for my insurance provider. Talk about getting the runaround, it was amazing what I had to go through to cancel a policy. They're cheap because they don't pay out

Crazyness I just dumped them too this month! It wasn't to hard for me to cancel though, I did it on the phone within a couple of minutes.

so as of this friday it will have been 4 weeks since my car accident. My car has been at the bodyshop for 3 weeks and they still can't come up with an estimate to how much the damages are going to cost.

Who cant come up with an estimate? the shop or the Insurance company? because the shop is suppose to write their own sheet and the insurance is suppose to write their own sheet and they compair.

See, this is when you start to get a Lawer involved....

my buddy matt was without his TL for 3 months. he had to just keep calling his insurance. he kept telling them to harass the other dudes insurance company. you have to stay on them. you aren't the money maker. they are more concerned with making money, not paying out. good luck. keep an eye out for a beater car. something to hold you over. so you don't have to pay so much for rental. my brother has an old toyota hatch just in case. good luck.

there's an insurance institute that helped my friend with his case. they hunted down the opposing insurance and made them pay out for his rental car. also he said to get a lawyer to make sure that you don't get screwed anymore. let me know if you need any help. i'll see what i can do. good luck. this sucks. no one should have a shitty holiday like this.

What's up guys? First post here on your boards, and I wish it weren't in an accident thread. It's George w/ the G35 from B-dubs, btw.

Anyway, I've just been hearing about a lot of accidents lately and wanted to let you know I've got a guy on the north side that has offered to help out with repairs, etc. for people in the various clubs around here. He offered to finance the deductable, and will pay for all rental car charges until they get your work completed, even if you don't have the coverage or the time it takes to repair is longer than your coverage. No $$ out of pocket for the whole ordeal. All I-CAR certified techs, state of the art shop, etc. Not a bad guy. If anyone wants his info, shoot me a PM.

See you guys at B-dubs.

Ryan,

It's been since the beginning of September that we got in an accident with our Armada. And it is finally supposed to be done next week.

I hate insurance companies. They are freaking criminals. Let me know if you need anything.
