Default Need a little help installing bumper plugs

I finally had a chance to go and get the bumper plugs and remove my front license plate holder the other day, and trying to push the plugs into screw holes, I managed to push them loose behind the bumper. I didn't see any way to reach them without removing the front bumper, so I guess I'll have to remove it and hold the screw holes in place while pushing the plugs in. I don't know exactly how to, so if anyone could help me with that some time, that would be great.

I already removed it, but couldn't install the bumper plugs because the screw holes fell behind, somewhere in the bumper.
