Hi guys.

My offer got accepted and I need a good home inspector. I know some of you guys are realtors so any recommendations will be greatly appreciated.

Also this is my first home so any advice will be greatly appreciated too. My realtor is a rookie so I am kinda worried. But it might be just me!

hey i actually work with a guy that does home inspection part time. if you need one, he's pretty good, he inspects every little thing and knows his stuff. pm me if you want his information.
