ok...I went to autozone and bought some Meguiars Scratch X and it worked great!! I'm about 90% there...I just need a little more... some type of high grade polish..

i actually tried plastiX from walmart like two weeks ago and it worked great for me...didn't get everything but looked alot better from before! but i say wet sanding it and then plastix after will get you the best results =)
