Just went to SushiMon on Maryland. It wasnt too busy, only waited 10min which is a record! lol.
The quality was definitely better than the last visit there during SEMA... I was happy. Besides, I love their Lychee Sherbert...

I just hate to see the place get so over-crowded that waiting for a table turns into an hour wait.
It's already pretty popular as it is, for a hole-in-the-wall joint.

The best I have found is Naked Fishes on Durango...in between Spring Mountain and Flamingo.
A very close second is Momo's on Stephanie in between Sunset and Warm Springs....we know the owners there, so this is our favorite place and its a little cheaper than Naked Fishes.
I'd rate SushiMon #3 in my book. I think SushiMon is the best AYCE so far that I have found...
