Paradise is technically a township of Clark County. Actually only about half of what most people consider to be Las Vegas is actually Las vegas. The rest is unincorporated Clark County. The borders are a little complex but basically everything south of Desert Inn (not including Henderson) and East of Lamb is technically not the City of Las Vegas.
