That was a fun event
Waking up yesterday at 4 in the afternoon, doing homework, working all night, and then autocrossing is defintly a beating on your body.
I have to thank Jimbo for letting me drive his turbo mr-s. That car is an absolute riot and very capable of being fast. When I went balls out on that last run and set my best time I'm told I put on quite a smoke show since the car doens't have an lsd. Sorry about that extra tire wear Jimbo Anytime you're looking for a tire warmer/co-driver again let me know. I'd be glad to drive it again
Big props also go out to Hockey! He drove exceptionally well for his first autocross and being on 300+ treadwear tires only made it more impressive.

Good times, good times. I've come to watch a couple events in the past, but it is a much different experience on the inside. I'm glad we got about twice as many runs in as the SoCal events too because standing out there for so long (in a very cold wind) was not very fun.
Congrats to Karim for out-driving Jim when borrowing his car - doh!!!!
As for me, I feel pretty good about my times. I managed to improve on every run but 1 (lost .06 sec) and cut my final run by almost 10% when compared to the first run. Ooooohh if I only had R-Compounds..........or S02s.........or anything softer than the nails I was driving on.

Even with the new suspension I still have a fair amount of body roll...
... stupid heavy cars.

Sad i didnt make the event, apparently the old trick with Hondas wheel studs doesnt work on the Strut based ones.

People were talking about how we may have been able to fit 1 more in the afternoon session and and if that E-Mod car didn't drop oil on the course in the morning we might've been able to grab 1 more there also.
Also...I'll PM a couple of good cheap tire options that should be better than those rocks you had
