Anyone ride quads or dirtbikes?
Just wondering if any of you guys do any off roading type things. I just bought a quad a few weeks ago. I've only ridden it once out here, but I know there have to be tons of places to ride. Any suggestions on places? If anyone wants to go riding sometime, let me know.

I'm up in Northwest. Right by Lone mountain. I've ridden around here a little. But, I want some big trails.
Is the story true about the trail you can ride from Vegas to Mt. Charleston?

I had an ATV for a while. A couple of great places to ride are:
1. Logandale (about 40 minutes N of Vegas) Some dunes, lots of trails and washes.
2. Cold Creek (About 30 minutes up N-95) You climb up through Wheeler's Pass and then can go all over Mt. Charleson. Great place to ride in the sumer because it's 25F less up there.
3. 1/2 way to Searchlight- There's a ton of great riding on the west side of 95, just south of Nelson. You need to stay south of Nelson because north of that is protected land.
4. Duck Creek- 3 hours N of Vegas. Outside of Cedar City, UT. Yeah it's a long ride, but there's no place better. there's like 100 miles of mapped, well-maintained and marked trails. You are at 8000+ft. above sea level in the mountains. Fresh air, trees, animals. I love that place. Just camp and go.

Are any of the places you listed the place that isn't very far from the speedway and Nellis? I saw a bunch of dirtbikes and quads riding around up there.
