Anyone do the hard top install locally?
Has anyone done the OEM hartop install themselves? I have the step by step instructions from Honda, aka what the techs use themselves, and it looks very easy.
Only question is why do you have to bang the metal plate looking thing with a punch? Is it because the plastic cover sits on top of it?
This search on the forum is far from Honda-Tech methods But I did try the google code and I still didnt come up with much.
Anyone that has done it, maybe you could tell me why you have to bang it, or if you have any words of wisdom or tricks for the install.

Cool, that sounds like a plan. I figured it was for a reason, but really the only problem that I would have doing to my car
I can take a motor in and outta a car, and disassemble and put it back together, but I cant see myself beating the hell outta this s2k
