I am not sure the gym helps, they say it beats off stress helping you to keep calm and handle stressful situations. I am begining to think the increase in Testosterone is making me more agressive though?
One for me to look into I think.

Not too long back there were some 'middle lane' message on the overhead signs (M1/M62 area) round here. Cant recall the wording.
Now I use the A34 (2-lane dual carrigeway) all the time, I miss the days when all I had to worry about was the middle laners on the motorway. Sometimes you get 20 or 30 cars queued up in the outside lane at 60mph with nobody at all on the left, and most of them are stressed, pissed off, and driving too close. Overtaking on the left seems by far the safest and most sensible thing to do.

I wonder if I had witnessed such driving whether I would have assumed the twit was being intentionally provacative just because he/she was having a bad day, angry with the world, jealous, or even high on booze or drugs, and wanted to take it out on others.
Such a mind-set is I believe responsible for much of the anger and frustration that abounds on our roads.
For many having the power to be an awkward bastard is utter joy, & having witnessed confirmation that they have achieved their aim, then their cup runneth over.
There are some sick and dangerous people on the roads, virtually none of whom you would ever want to meet.
With the fashion for carrying firearms the day is not far off when we shall read of the first shooting of a middle lane hogger, or the latter shooting an under-taker.
Take care out there.
