Guiness002..should I change my forum name?

Paul
A few folks on here have changed forum names and we coped...I'm pretty sure we'll adapt if you decide to change yours Rob...we just need to find you a good one!
How about:
Bloomin' Tall
or
Petal (from Blum - flower)
or
Exploding Sorbet
Fat Duck has got my vote - but don't go swopping any letters
Good luck with the search mate!

I'll be having a think of some suggestions. You have explained to me why you chose it but the fact that you don't even like Guinness bothers me a bit. Whatever you decide on though, I'll still call you Guiness in person.

Gritty has shown us what Goths wear, tonight Heston is serving up a Gothic feast. We have leeches filled with goose blood, edible Frankenstein’s monster and blood-infused risotto to look forward to. I’ll be watching as always but with even more interest than usual owing to our search for a new moniker for Guiness.
Just read that Noma has been crowned the world’s best restaurant above El Bulli and The Fat Duck. Chef René Redzepi's signature dish is vegetables in soil - baby carrots, radishes, leeks and celeriac served on a bed of “soil” made from malt flour, hazelnut flour, melted butter and beer. Sounds delicious to me.
These are the ingredients for Heston’s sickly sweet “soil” concoction - yuk!
3 1/2oz (100g) sugar
1 1/2oz (50g) dark chocolate (minimum 70% cocoa solids)
1 1/2 tbsp (20g) drinking chocolate
1heaped tbsp (10g) Rice Krispies, crushed to a powder in a pestle and mortar
1 1/2 tsp (5g) grated dark chocolate (minimum 70% cocoa solids)
1 1/2 tbsp (20g) vegetable oil
