I don't think anyone is suggesting this is a way to cut it fine on a night out, rather a way of ensuring that one is fully clear of alcohol the morning after.

My sentiments exactly.

As a rule of thumb I'll only have one if I'm driving, but as Simon says I'd definitely use it the morning after and it would stop me from driving.

At present I have to rely on how I feel which probably has nothing to do with the amount of alcohol in my system.
