DXD and USO continue to do well for me. And I think they'll be doing even better in the future.

Does anyone in here that still like RIMM? I been watching it lately and it has done far better than what AAPL is doing.

Maybe were seeing the 70's interest rate
The volatility of the 30 year fixed rates is elevated but I think you need to keep things in perspective here when you start talking about the 70s. 30 year fixed rates are still pretty low. However, I do agree that every tick higher does make it that much longer before this housing mess is resolved.

Also, a good credit score isn't the only determining factor tin getting approved for a mortgage. For example, if you were pre-approved a month ago for 500k at 5.8% with a 45% back-end ratio then there is no question that if you tried to close the loan today at 6.6% you would be denied because that back-end ratio is now above the conforming 45%. You would need to reduce the amount borrowed to make up for it and get that back-end ratio back under 45%. This is one reason why I think it's a good idea to borrow less then what you're approved for. It will give you some wiggle room with rates if you're trying to buy during a volatile period.

MEE looks attractive, I believe it should have a PE over 100 based on rising coal prices increasing future earnings expectations.

Note PTR's movement. As I mentioned previously, PTR has to subsidize fuel prices. So when China finally allows prices to rise, that's proportionally more profit for PTR. TTEK was downgraded if anyone wanted an entry point.

Profit taking, the same reason I gave for selling POT a couple days ago.

No stock will go up several percent day over day. It will have to correct at some point to the 50 day moving average. I am a buyer of MOS around $140.
