How do you guys feel about CHK? I think I am going to invest there.

I dunno about energy stocks but one thing I do know that everyone is jumping onto energy stocks. Some people call it a bubble or said that were are really in trouble with oil.

Who know the real truth to it, beside the frigging middle east people that are actually producing it.

CHK is a good company....although I think the oil service stocks are a better value right now.

RIG and ATW are good.


CHK, XTO, UPL are good NG producers.


I think now is a good time to enter these stocks. I just read some charts and they almost all have long tails which indicates a hammer formation.......most of the time this indicates a short term bottom and a reversal will occur.

although I don't see this with the actual commodities themselves like USO or UNG....only in the equities....like UPL, CHK, XTO, NTG, ARD, etc.

I'm leaving to beijing and shanghai in about 6 hours and spent a good portion of the day setting up stops and limit orders to respond to any probable market action if I'm unable to get consistent access to the internet over there.

On my list of buys is RIG and NOV at lower prices if they come. If you don't hear from me, have a great next couple of weeks.
