I'm sitting on the side line with 65% cash and I'm waiting for a big pull back

So basically we're expecting another pullback because the market is not moving consistently with the news?

So what do I do if EVERYONE is waiting for the big pull back?

I'm really happy with my PEP 4/22/09 $47.95 @ 50units. That would not have happened if I sat on the side lines.

Just looking for other less crowded opportunities.

I had been sitting heavier in cash until a pullback in early May and then I realized there wasn't one in sight and I have made a pretty penny since then. We held the 200 day today, if it holds for too long its going to be our new floor.

I actually heard one of the CNBC numbnuts say today was a pullback.

When will we get some truthful reporting?

June 3 (Bloomberg) -- Citigroup Inc., the third-largest U.S. bank by assets, will seek authorization from investors to increase its outstanding common shares to as much as 60 billion, from a current limit of 15 billion.

The new amount was disclosed today by the New York-based company in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Citigroup said in March it would seek an authorization of between 40 billion and 60 billion shares.

The bank needs investors to approve the share-count increase to convert as much as $58 billion of preferred stock into common, part of Chief Executive Officer Vikram Pandit

Well that was one of my more timely calls... I was wrong about the buyer though. Netapp bought them.
