I've never heard of KMP but looks like they have been increasing their dividend consistently higher and just recently boosted it to a little over a dollar.

Anyone else get burned by the Pfizer deal? I own a decent chunk and enjoyed the dividend and the fact that they had a very sizeable amount of cash on hand. Now they are debt-heavy and cut the damn divi in half.

I saw that one coming a mile away. You have to make sure they can afford the dividend. Earnings and cashflow are what you need to watch.

Sold some KMP today at 50. I'm 33% cash as of today.

Energy and Commodities are running. I'm going to just have to pass on it since it didn't get low enough to hit my target entry points. From my past, I've learned not to chase.

AAPL really? I guess I've always saw it as a more "Safe" thing.. but with Jobs out for now.. and it's down $100 a share, I see where you're coming from. BAC? Hell no . I bought FRE back 6 months ago RIGHT before the huge bust, and lost 50% before I called it quits (bought at $2, which was the lowest it had been at the time) and sold it at like .90 or 1.

I mean.. I don't think BAC will go anywhere.. but that's REAL ballsy. Thanks for the thoughts!

Edit: What does everyone think of ATI? Was reading a report about it's ridiculous booms and busts.. and it's pretty bust right now. With the global and local economies sure to go up (soon would be nice, but not likely), what do you all think? Risky.. but tried in the past.

If the plan gets passed, I'm sure there will be another rally.
