Anyone playing this round of the CNBC Million Dollar Challenge?

Looks like a bunch of people held their long positions a day too long. I leapfrogged into the top 1.0% today.

Was going to go short some WGO and IYR this morning but the market picked itself up off the ground it fell on yesterday. I don't think it will last though.

The market is going to go haywire until liquidity comes back into the market. Low volume = high volatility. You take your money in your hands by playing this market. The only game on is the volatility game. If the market goes up you can bet it will go down and vice versa. It doesn't take a genius, just luck.

When we get a day of intense up volume and a big spike in the treasury yield to 5%+ on the 10 yr I'll be interested otherwise I'm happy to watch from the sideline popping in only when there are big moves that I can bet against.

I thought that the market would continue lower when it reversed midday. I guess I was wrong. The market's being irrational to say the least.
