US to take stake in banks, first since Depression

"It was even worse overseas on Friday. Britain's FTSE index ended below the 4,000 level for the first time in five years; Germany's DAX fell 7 percent and France's CAC-40 finished down 7.7 percent. Japan's benchmark Nikkei 225 index fell 9.6 percent, also hitting a five-year low. For the week, the Nikkei lost nearly a quarter of its value. Russia's market never even opened."

^ I agree. I need YGE to triple before I'll break even on that dog shit stock.
I told you to short that bitch at $15, $10 ago. I said it was energy and it was China and it was dog shit.
You want to know what to do now? Short US treasuries, the 10-yr. Sell the shit out of it. If you can't sell bonds then switch to interactive brokers or try symbol TBT which is the 7-10yr Ultrashort.

Why? The treasury is printing money like it's paper and it's in a bubble begging to burst.
be aware that this is showing yield not price. and as the price goes up yield goes down (like dividends) so down on the chart is up in price. Get it?

Lehman at the Center
Iceland Guarantees What?
Letters of Credit: Going, Going Gone?
What to Do and Where Do We Go from Here?
London, Stockholm, and California"
Yes you have to put your email in to get it.

The dollar is going to get crushed soon.
Be ready for inflation to run rampent....commodities and precious metals are the spot to be IMO.
I am loading up for high inflation...possibly hyper inflation.

lOOkatme I wouldn't put all your eggs in one basket, especially that one.
The dollar is going to get crushed.. in terms of what? The EURO? Impossible. Developing country currencies? Unlikely. They are all getting slashed and they are all printing money as fast as possible.
Wages are down and we are experiencing the most rapid asset deflation period in history.. betting on inflation in the near term (years) is fairly risky. It doesn't matter how much the fed or treasury "prints", there is massive credit constriction globally and money=debt.
It's honestly amazing oil has held up this well (and I own oil service stocks) but it's starting to crack. Copper is at extremely important multi-year support levels. I'm not saying it's not going to eventually happen or that it's completely out of the realm of possibility, but what logic are you using to come to this conclusion in the near (5-10 years) term?
