Well... I think the Fed can, and maybe will, raise a quarter point in August.

The truth is long-term mortgage rates did not respond to the Fed as much as I believe they were hoping for. A slight raise at this point may not affect mortagage rates and I heard an analyst presenting an argument it'll LOWER long term rates now. Hell if I know.

Hell no. As I said in the other thread, AAPL is dead money until late July then it's buy buy buy.
