I am not buying until I see the VIX at $30+ or a definite sign the Dow has turned around on POSITIVE news. Not the negative news bear rally from March.

I was paralyzed today. Couldn't pull the trigger to buy anything -- even the companies I've been watching that were down pretty hard. The problem with having a GREAT day like yesterday is that too often they seem to be followed by a HORRIBLE day like today.
