Well, I played today just about as badly as it could possibly be played. I was long, sold near the bottom, went short, and lost my ass twice. I lost 12% of my capital in one day. I'm out of the ****ing market for a year, maybe more if things haven't yet settled. God help me if I touch that buy button again.

The only two potentially stupid things I did today was NOT buy AAPL @ 120.xx which I was in turmoil over and the fact that I did sell my last 50 APA once they went back to a slight profit. At least it was lost opportunity (bad) and not more lost money (worse).
