On Monday, I sold off about 75% of portfolio cause it was oil and gas and I bought GLD at $76. Today its pushing $86. not bad for 3 day return. i'm sitting happy at this moment that i made a good gamble for once.

^^i plan on it before the close of friday. im liking my opportunities to get GE CHK AAPL. AAPL is getting flat out dominated today. I love it for my buying opportunities! what are some other stocks people are thinking about right now?

I'm looking for AAPL to make a big comeback. My AAPL positions are total writedowns right now (-99.6%, the options I hold are worthless) but soon I think I can make another move. I just transfered some more money to my trading account to prepare for the recovery. It takes 4 days to process so I should be in good stead there.

AAPL has almost doubled it US notebook marketshare to 10.x% from 6.6% a year ago according to estimates which I don't think are far off. New MacBooks are coming Oct 14th according to the latest rumours and will sell like hotcakes.

sold GLD at $86.xx and now bought AAPL. Lookin for a big jump in the short term. Looking for CHK to make a steady run til December. GE seems like this is a comfortable price to get a small, long term position started.
