I'm 19 and looking to make more money
I am a 19 year old college student with about $8k in the bank. I have a credit score of at least 750. I want to become successful and am wondering what ways can I make myself more money. Please help me out. I plan on becoming a philanthropist one day so this would greatly help me out.

Focus on kicking ass at school. Try and get internships or a job in the field you want to work in as soon as you can. Kick ass at those and make some good contacts. As for the 8k save it? Invest it and maybe py off any debt you have from school when you are out.

My advice (and it's free, so totally worth what you paid)? Take what Manga_Spawn said, and make sure you sock away at least 10% of every bit of income for your own retirement/rainy day/future philanthropy. If you do that starting at the time you graduate from college and get your first job, you'll be pleasantly surprised what you have even by 25 or 30.
For now though, your $8K you might want to leave either in the bank or in some instrument you can liquify with little to no penalty. The first thing you want to build is that "F-U" fund, for emergencies, or when you look your boss straight in the face, and say, "F-U." The rule of thumb I have been told about the FU fund is anywhere from 3 months to 12 months pay liquid.
Last, but certainly not least, try to live as cheaply as you can stand.
