Im just shooting more investment suggestions, Have you heard of peer-to-peer lending? Basically there are sites that lend people money at preferred rates better than banks. From $100-$100,000. You can lend money and get an annualized yield of 18% or more. You choose the type of borrower and risk profile. I know some people who have made great returns with that. Update: Im averaging 9% and I have used the proceeds to reinvest. I am slowly building this portfolio up so I added a few more hundred dollars for a total of $1000
