Moving to KC area

Regents Walk is older, but still look to be fairly nice... Haven't been in one in years. Good location (about a half mile from me) 
Good pool for skippy dinning... 
The Village at Lions Gate is newer and probably a much nicer complex. It's also located out more towards all the newer development.
Regents is close to Kmart, Walmart, Hyvee, Price Chopper and several shopping centers. Food places are just about anything you can imagine. Close to 435 which is the main loop highway for the city. Close acces to 69, 169, and I-35 also. The areas largest shopping mall (Oak Park) is about 4 miles away... Shawnee Mission School District
Good area overall, but older.
(I'm biased seeing as I live at apx 95th and Outlook and those are apx 91st and Outlook.)
