Hey everyone, my name is Joe. I have an silverstone/black '03. She's bone stock. Anyways, has anyone in the area done the seat lowering mod?

 

not yet but i'm interested in this. i didn't know you could do this but now i see that there are a few links about it.

 

Yeah, I've read a bit on it, too. I was hoping to sit in a modded seat and see if it's worth it. I might just have to just go for it.

 

you'll have to let me know how it works. i tend to have trouble seeing the traffic lights when i'm the first in line.

 

My previous S had the Back Yard special lower seat rail. It helped quite a bit on the view of stop lights but it didn't solve it 100%. For its price as well its a bit steep for what it did. In my latest S its not something I am in a rush to do if at all not that I am that tall I am just at 6FT.

 

I am 6 6'' and every inch counts for me. I am thinking of getting one. I have herd some positive comments on this especially if you are as tall as me.
