Sho' you right!! Anyhow, if you've got a little bit of time on Sunday, swing by the autocross event. I think I'm going to participate---it's been a while though!!!

If I get a 4.77 final drive, will I lose my ability to autox in the A-stock division?

i thought the autox would be a very fun thing to do. my neighbor who was an insurance salesman tells me that if i am at an organized racing event and happen to crash, that my insurance coverage is void. if i autox on the street, i am covered although my rates will increase in case of an accident.
i would like to autox, but i have too much invested in my s2k to put it at risk, is there scca insurance available for each event?

The realistic chance of you hitting anything other than cones at autoX is slim to none. I honestly wouldn't be worried about a thing like that at all. Track days are a bit different, but autoX lots are generally big enough, spread out enough, and low-speed enough to where you can't really manage to hit anything unless something goes DRASTICALLY wrong.
Come on out and have a good time!
