IDK then. I tried searching in Site Info with little results. You might get a quicker response posting in that forum (versus e-mailing support@s2ki). Or, maybe this has someshing to do with it...
^ Found that in the Site FAQ thread.

I can access the site from work but not from home (or vise versa)
The most likely problem here is that your ISP is using an IP address block which has only recently been assigned. We screen out addresses which aren't assigned to anyone. This list get updated periodically but may be out of date. If you have this issue make sure none of the issues above exist and then let us know. Give us your IP address if you have it.

I get this at times also from home. Without making any changes to my home desktop/laptop, the problem goes away on it's own.
Give it a try again this envening and let us know if your still having the problem

O.K. However this has been going on for about 2 weeks now. I did post in site info as Julie suggested, maybe someone has tacked this problem before and will see my post or get lucky and it will correct on its own. Thanks.

The problem is now fixed. The 2wire modem provided by sbc was having a problem reading the site. We reset the modem now it works, therefor I will close this topic. Thanks for the suggestions!
