Beware of Thieves: HARDTOP STOLEN! (Wichita)
Hello there,
It has been a while since I've posted on the forum and because of an unfortunate incident, I am sharing my story. I drive a 2002 Spa Yellow S2000. I woke up this morning to find three of the family cars vandalised. Vandals/Thieves had smashed driver side windows on the family's suv and my brother's beetle, as well as slitting my softtop. They were searching for the garage door opener. I had guitars and other musical equipment in the garage but nothing was taken but my hardtop. My hardtop was sitting between 2 cars in the garage. They were careful of not stratching the cars with the hardtop. Please be on the lookout of anyone trying to sell you a stolen hardtop. My car is one of very few S2k's in town with a hardtop and I hope that this will never happend to another S2k owner. Thieves could very possibly own an s2000 as well. As a member of this comunity, I hope all you will be on the lookout. If you have any information, please leave me a message.

well i know most of the S's in town so i will be on the look out for ur top. it sounds like to me that they were looking for ur HT and just vandailsed ur fams cars to make it look like u weren't tagged. it might be someone u even know. either way they should be beat. im sorry to hear about this it just makes me dislike wichita that much more, f***ing ricers.
