Tires in the GCC
What kinda boots are folks using on the roads in GCC?
I just took off my stock tires (potenzas) after a high speed (145 Km/H) blow out on Emriates road.
Luckily no damage! but even though it was an '06 car the boots were '05. Apparently this is nooo good becuase the rubber perishes even if the tread is good. I had only had the vehicle a few weeks!
I went to Al Mansoor in Al Quoz and got some sweet Michelins that have really reduced road noise in the car, apparently they're used at the autodrome as well
accordiung to mansoor... but he was tryin to sell me tires
Also, does anyone know of anyone selling a cover for the S2000, other than trading enterprises that is.

Hi Colnel,
Any tire can bust on here. Its not about being BS or Michelin.
And as far as being used at autodrome, so far all tires have been used succesfully in autodrome.
Replying your question, i use Yokohama S.Drive for daily. Yokohama A048 on track and Yokohama A005 for auto cross.
