Guys thanks for input so far. I had chosen Ayoush on shk zayed road because there is a huge parking lot round the back where we can park the cars togther and maybe get some pics.

Gaza where are you man!?

If AUH guys feell it is too far we can always do the cafe at the Marina, but parking maybe an issue as they don't have the biggest lot!

Keep the comments coming, we'll get there!

I'm fine with any day really

BUT

SZR sucks parking wise. And for the peeps from AD it would be very sucky to get into the Salik zone.

And parking there sucks

I vote for the Mall cause we can park on the very top AND moi can get a small, Vanilla ice-blended without cream from Coffee Bean

Did I mention parking on SZR sucks???

I like my idea. So there
The Mall is in the Salik zone IIRC

As for parking lots, doesn't anyone have low cars???

For AUH people, anywhere in Dubai sucks. We can't breath your toxic air!haha

We're not talking about the same Mall man To get to the Mall of the Emirates you don't need to drive through salik. If the meeting is at the Mall I can just lead ya'll the way.

Arfi SZR on a Saturday ... parking's gonna be a b****! The Mall has smooth parking too We don't wanna go ripping off our spoiler now do we

How about Ibn Battuta? Out of the Salik zone for our AUH friends. Almost halfway for everyone and I know of one nice empty parking lot near the Arabic retaurant (Al Arrab) which has an outdoor patio. I'll try to get a photo of the place and post it here tomorrow.

As for dates, because of everyone's busy schedules, I think it best to just organise a late afternoon/evening meet n' shisha....even on a weekday. Organising a drive would be difficult IMO.

Thanks Arfiman! I'll be sure to grow a beard so you recognise me.

IBN's good too. They have one outside parking that is seperate from all the rest and it's always empty. Not sure what the court is called though, it's on the very right side. Will check

IBN is always an option P13 good idea as we can still sit outside and enjoy the outdoors while we can!

Here ya go! Spoke to the manager who told me he woul be happy to have us. And he would put large tables togetehr on the patio. They have shisha and full arabic cuisine which is not bad.

The best part is the almost private parking lot which sees hardly any traffic.
