98 Octane fuel "green fuel"
hi
for N/A s2000 (we have to use it)
for FI s2000 (we must use it)
WHY !!!!!!!!!!
(basic information)
1-because our cars has (high pressure) ENGINE 11.1 CR so... ..
{^^I dont know how to say it in ENG }
we have to prevent it from knocking by using high octane rating and a good fuel/air mixture ratio .
2- it is it is written in your fuel tank cover in green "95-98" .
3- how PRO mechanical in garages clean fuel system ?
by using high octane fuel in it (for 20 min).
4- FI cars can go for higher boost with out damaging their engine by high octane rating ( like 106 ).
I hope you get it (Info) .
I know that am bad in writing.

The manufactures recommends the fuel type based on the overall engine design (compression, ignition timing).
What we see on the fuel cap (95-98 RON) is the range of fuel that our car operates. Why this range? Because if we need more torque (and power) we have to advance the timing, so Honda designed the car for 98 RON (available in most fuel stations in EU), but not all fuel stations. If 98 RON is not available, we have to use lower RON fuel which might damage the engine due to knocking (not instant damage). So there must be a solution, which is called

Fuel system cleaning uses some chemicals that dissolves the deposits in the fuel system, not simply high RON.
I didnot know that there is RON and AKI octane .
you are right
it is a mixture of "high octane fuel, deposit removing solvents, a water microemulsion,
detergent dispersants, corrosion inhibitors and lubricants" 3M
