I'm still awaiting a response. I can't remember if the adjustment plates are on the inside, but I know the wing is adjustable if it's a Mugen. 
I may be selling my APR GTC-200 in favor of a slightly smaller wing. This wing may be a little too small for the task. Buying locally, however, is always a plus.

Yes the wing is adjustable. Sorry Im at work now and its sometimes a pain in the butt to get on the puter
