FS Bilstein PSS9 Coil Over Shocks
Sold: Bilstein PSS9 adjustable coil over shocks
I purchased these coil overs new in March of 2007 for $1350 (without hats) and they have about 6000 miles on them.
These shocks come fully assembled with the shock hats installed for a very easy swap install. You normally have to use a spring compressor to remove the spring hats from your stock shocks to install on your coil overs but I'm selling the complete setup so you simply pull out your stock shocks and put these in. This will make it much easier to reinstall your stock shocks if you ever want to sell your S.
These shocks are adjustable for ride height using the adjustable spring perch. They are currently set for about 1/2 inch drop, but you can go from stock ride height all the way to ground scraping slammed.
They are also adjustable for bump and rebound using one 9-way adjuster on top of the shock. My 01 S with these coil overs won NASA TTC and TTR time trials and currently hold the NASA TTR Summit Point Main track record. Even so they are comfortable on the road, much more compiant than Tien or KW V3 shocks.
I would prefer to meet somewhere for delivery, such as Summit Point but I will ship if I have to for $60.
