I just registered for WTD 2016. I know there are a few from the Mid-Atlantic local to the DC area that are going. Lets get a list going with the purpose of coordinating lodging and a caravan if arrival and departure dates/times permit.

Also, Tapoco Lodge is full and Fontana only has cabins available.

Looks like both Fontana and Tapoco are already booked. I cannot plan a trip this far out right now anyway.

I'm on the Tapoco wait list and waiting on the possibility of a space in a cabin at Fontana with another S2ki member(s). Also, as a last resort, I have a one room (2 queen beds) reservation (Thursday to Sunday) at the Microtel in Robbinsville which I can cancel anytime free of charge.

I've decided to take my S this year so my wife will be driving a "support vehicle" to follow in case something bad happens and so we can bring the usual massive amount of needless stuff with us.

I added her to the list above since she will be in her own vehicle.

So I've been playing with maps and driving directions and schedule. It's a 9 hours drive non-stop. I would like to meet the Cincy crew at their usual dinner spot in Townsend, TN. Anyone interested? That would require a 10:00-10:30 am departure from Front Royal, VA. I'm working on gas/lunch stop somewhere along I-81.
