Well, I got into a fender bender at Fair Lakes Shopping Center. I was behind some SUV and was following him in. We have the right of way, but this guy stops in the middle of the road. I bump into him from behind, because I was checking the right side to see if no cars were coming. But anyway, yeah I rearended him going 5-10mph.

He calls the ambulance and makes a huge scene from a fender bender. His rear bumper has some scratches and a dent, and my front bumper is messed up so I need a new one.

I might need a lawyer too if this guy pursues his injuries because there is no way a 5mph bump could have caused such damage that an ambulance had to come.

When I hit him I checked to see if he's ok. Of course he doesn't care if I'm ok, but I don't blame him. But yeah legally I may be responsible but common sense wise I know I wasn't, but I didn't argue back.

Anyone have a spa yellow front bumper? By the way, if you have ever been to Fair Lakes, coming off of Stringfellow and entering the shopping center, the entrance closest to Food Lion was where it happened.
