Joe, call Monte E Kulligouski (sp) he is a super good lawyer ad handles mostly wreckless here in Va Beach. He helped me when i got here.

A good sailor helps.... my divo took me to hooters after the sentencing and paid for it too...CO knew and called me a dumb-ass...that was that.

Man, you VA guys get more wreckless tickets than anywhere I've ever seen...and I used to live in CA!

Get a good lawyer. My daughter's bf is in the Air Force and got a reckless for doing 91 in a 55. He had to do two days in jail or get a 6 mos suspended license. He chose the 2 days in jail. He had a very good attorney, but Va. is a gestapo state and imposes mandatory penalties. He's lucky to keep his license.

Yea when I was researching for reckless solutions, i found a New York times post that named Virginia as the 6th worst state in the case of Traffic violations per capita. Apprarently all cops n this state just love to pull people over. yet they still cant afford to fix the roads. Hmmm.
