this past weekend i got pulled over on my way home to NC from Ohio in Virginia for 88-65 in Wythe County. Can anyone recommend an attorney to get this charge reduced or dismissed all together. I cant have a wreckless op on my record my insurance will go through the roof.

i was unaware of how strict laws are in VA. wreckless op carries the same penalties as a DUI, crazy huh. can anyone recommend a lawyer thats delt with this before and had good luck

 

Well, be thankful it was wreckless. Had you been involve in a wreck while recklessly speeding in VA, you'd probably be in jail.

 

had i known i was gonna get a wreckless op and not just a speeding ticket they would of had to catch me. i was 8 miles from the border to nc. yes i might have got caught and then things would of been worse. however without any help i would have lost that one cop easy, im in a race modified s2k hes in a p.o.s. cruiser and is an old fat man with no driving skills. anyways i need a lawyer someone please recommend one
