Default Winning first street race: PRICELESS

I've only had my car since Jan. 31st and as we know the weather has sucked. Monday night, street was dry, getting on 695 @ Liberty RD, hit 125 before I backed off, thought that was fun, but Tuesday night, about 30 minutes ago, I won my first street race, in and out of traffic. WOW, what fun was that.

Some guy in an older Thunderbird?, maybe, something with a big V8 and displacement was mad that I got around him at the light on Liberty to get on the highway, so he came charging up my ass and got around me while I got stuck with the slow car. He got the whole shot into the far left lane, so I went right and put it down. He stayed close, but falling behind until about 115 when I backed off and let him catch up. He pulled up next to me smiling and laughing. He seemed to think not being able to keep up was funny. I smiled all the way home. Can't wait to do that with the top down!

Later,
Don

Far cry from the '82 Escort, huh Don?

Just wait 'til the weather really gets good .

Oh...and not to play "mom"...but just do be careful when cutting folks off and then playing with them on the highway. Before you know it...they might just wanna follow you home .

Glad this was a fun kill.

That is always in the back of my mind and I have alternate exits in mind if that happens, but I agree with you 100%. This isn't something I'm inclined to do daily, but it sure felt good.

.....as much as it can land you in jail....it feels gratifying to smoke other cars on the road...specially if its a domestic!!!

good job!!!! Have fun with your S....dont get caught!!!!
