OK folks ... here's the deal ... we will meet on September 26th, 10:00am at the Target Store just near Water Country USA. Its easy to get to ... From Maryland/Richmond, take I-95 south to I-295 south, exit 84A. Follow to I-64 East, exit 28A. From the Southside and Peninsula, Take I-64 East to VA
