We will be initially meeting at noon west of Richmond just off I-64 at the Exxon Station at the Oilville/Goochland exit (first exit after the rest area outside of the West End). We'll need toleave the Exxon station by 12:30pm in order to meet up with the southern caravan that is heading up 81N from the Carolinas. [Plans are for our group to meet up with them at a Rest Area north of the 64/81N interchange ~ mile marker 232 on 81N around 2pm.]

I thought that maybe from this one of two things could be accomplished:

1. Folks could know when other locals are leaving & could arrange to meet up for themselves.

2. Groups of folks might be able to organize/time meeting up with other groups that are heading up.

Might not work perfectly...but at least everyone would have a sense of when folks are planning to go

ah, go solo....I'm going solo anyways, my $%#@& girlfriend was going to actually go (believe that! ) but we unfortunately are not together anymore...so I say F it and go solo. It's gonna be a good time regardless!!
